Gibbon Bridge Hotel - Clitheroe

It's a wonderful and truly exceptional property in Clitheroe, great value. The staff is very amiable, exceptionally welcoming.

Its location to Ribchester museum was lovely.

The suite was beautifully designed with a cozy sitting area and a large bathroom. the lack of adequate signage for room accessibility made it challenging for my elderly parents.

Strongly recommend for a mini-vacation

Spacious room, peaceful location, with a well-prepared breakfast, made our stay enjoyable, complemented by free parking that added convenience to our visit.

Amazing stay!

I stayed here for just a night but it felt special. The breakfast spread was fab, and the comfy bed made it hard to leave. Staff were super friendly and always had a smile. Just wish the bathroom was a bit bigger, felt a tad cramped. A lovely place with great vibes!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cozy bar with a warm fire made for a perfect evening. Breakfast was a highlight-delicious and beautifully presented! Take a stroll through the lovely gardens for a relaxing moment. Be sure to explore the local shops for unique finds!

I really enjoyed my stay with swift, friendly service and fine views from the windows, while the beautiful countryside invites lovely walks to attractions like St Bartholomew's Parish Church just over 2 km away and Bowland Wild Boar Park, perfect for a family-friendly outing.

Beautiful Gardens and Really good Dining

The dining experience was amazing, with a diverse menu with really good presentation and quality. The staff were friendly. One area for improvement would be to have more flexibility with the room's heating, as it was a bit too warm for my comfort.

Recommend it for a quiet getaway

We were lucky to get a suite instead of separate rooms, it was shockingly nice to have that space. The breakfast was well cooked, even if the choices were limited.

It wasn't cheap but acceptable for what we got.
